How We Handle Bookings
Potential guests can book directly on the Nowhere + North platform where an initial deposit is taken as an operating fee and then the final payment will be sent directly to you just before the stay itself. Our low fee structure has seen owners save up to £140 per stay!
How Do We Promote You
We understand how the holiday market can seem crowded. Our on-trend advertising will get your holiday rental noticed. We publicise you on our social media channels, ads, email campaigns and more.
What You Pay
Only a small operating fee is taken for us to keep our site and marketing going with no hidden costs. To that end, we will ask you supply your own marketing material for promotion on social media platforms.
